Command T.O.C.
US C-SOG has the nation’s first corrections operations TOC - Tactical Operations Center. The TOC is a fully operational integrated center that has access to thousands of corrections facilities worldwide. The US C-SOG TOC uses some of the best technology available in encrypted technology to ensure maximum information security. The TOC management information systems are run by a number of high-level security firewalls, encrypted links, and server systems.
TOC - is manned 24 hours a day with 3 shifts of D.O. - Duty Officers. The TOC D.O. has the ability to filter information and process CSO Incidents rapidly using the WWCN - world wide CSO Network - Systems. The TOC - D.O. prioritizes information and based on a number of criteria will place CIR for Local, State, Regional, National or world wide notification.
Fully Operational
TOC serves as a fully operationally secondary command post for US C-SOG clients and for agencies that have registered with the TOC - Client Information System. When clients activate the TOC as a Secondary command POST a full shift of 3 Tactical and Operational D.O. are on until the incident has been cleared.

The TOC is powered by a comprehensive database that is second to none in the industry. CSO Incidents is captured using a variety of means including:

Operational Access
Classified information will only be sent to registered WWCN members who have been issued agencies only. At no time will classified information be sent out on open source email addresses (Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, etc.)
